Manages territory growth for hospice and palliative care services by identifying referral opportunities, developing healthcare-provider relationships, securing contracts, executing marketing and call plans, and achieving referral and admission goals. Provides education to healthcare professionals, supports community events, collaborates with clinical teams, addresses service opportunities, and promotes the organization’s care programs across assigned locations.

The Controller oversees accounting and financial operations, including budgeting, audits, accounts receivable, cash management, payroll, accounts payable, general ledger, financial reporting, Medicare cost reports, tax filings, compliance, and internal controls. The role manages Finance staff, departmental budgets, financial systems, billing coordination, audits, and reporting to the CFO, Finance Committee, and Board. It also supports policy development, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, and cross-training.

Develops hospice and palliative care territory growth by identifying referral opportunities, building relationships with healthcare providers, executing marketing and call plans, securing contracts, educating referral sources, and supporting branch census goals. Collaborates with clinical teams, participates in community events and conferences, addresses service concerns, and promotes Arkansas Hospice services across assigned locations. Requires daily travel throughout the territory.
