Leads a QA team responsible for testing quality across software products and initiatives. Oversees manual, automated, exploratory, regression, and risk-based testing; drives quality throughout the SDLC; expands automation and CI/CD testing; and champions responsible AI use in QA workflows. Manages delivery, metrics, risks, team development, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product to improve release confidence, efficiency, and software quality.

Leads QA Analysts and owns testing execution across multiple products. Responsibilities include building team capabilities, managing manual and automated testing, expanding regression automation, integrating testing into CI/CD, applying AI tools to QA workflows, monitoring quality metrics, coordinating releases, identifying risks, and partnering with Engineering, Product, Design, and Development teams to improve software quality.
