Build and manage referral relationships with physicians, care coordinators, hospital discharge planners, and other healthcare partners across Ohio. Drive patient referrals through in-person and virtual outreach, call planning, educational meetings, and collaboration with clinical and operations teams. Serve as a resource on LifeStance services, document activities in Salesforce, attend marketing events, and expand relationships with healthcare practice leaders. The role is field-based 70% of the time and includes some overnight travel.

Provides clinical oversight, coaching, education, and supervision for psychotherapy clinicians. Partners with operations leadership on clinical strategy, recruitment, hiring, staffing, performance, and clinician retention. Monitors quality metrics, clinical integrity, regulatory compliance, HIPAA standards, risk management, complaints, and clinical records. Supports professional development and implements clinical policies and workflows. The role requires substantial onsite work in the served state and quarterly travel for leadership meetings.
