Reviews Workday compensation transactions, supports incentive and merit programs, conducts modeling and salary surveys, researches regulations, drafts communications, and advises leaders and HR partners on compensation strategy, compliance, and pay equity.

Develops executive-level partnerships with healthcare organizations, payors, care platforms, and referral sources to increase behavioral health referrals. Responsibilities include creating referral strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, developing go-to-market plans, monitoring market and competitor trends, maintaining CRM systems, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing, clinical, business development, and insights teams. The role owns referral volume and quality while identifying underperformance and driving corrective action.

Leads reputation management and consumer insights programs, overseeing ratings, reviews, feedback, sentiment analysis, reporting, and external partners. Translates quantitative and qualitative research into recommendations that strengthen brand trust, consumer experience, and business performance. Partners cross-functionally to identify reputation risks, improve consumer perceptions, and inform brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and business priorities. Requires strong analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder-influence skills.
