Lead end-to-end clinical onboarding for hires from signed agreement through Week 1. Assess readiness, manage high-volume caseloads, resolve onboarding barriers, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensure compliance and state-specific requirements, and support operational transition and reporting.

Provide clinical oversight, coaching, hiring, and supervision for psychotherapy clinicians; implement clinical strategy, ensure compliance and risk management, deliver training, monitor KPIs, and support clinician development and retention.

Drive referral volume by building and maintaining relationships with primary/specialty care providers, hospital discharge planners, and referral coordinators. Spend majority of time in-field conducting in-person visits, coordinating clinician-to-clinician education, using data and Salesforce to manage call plans, and collaborating with clinical and operations teams to optimize patient referrals and care delivery.
