Recruit and educate expectant mothers and hospital staff about cord blood donation, determine donor eligibility, ensure proper collection/storage/shipment, maintain supplies, build hospital relationships, and represent the Cord Blood Bank to the public.

Coordinate and promote the cord blood donation program by educating clinicians and donors, supervising and training collection staff, managing hospital relationships, conducting outreach and presentations, supporting collection operations, and driving donor recruitment initiatives.

Perform community outreach and donor recruitment for the cord blood bank. Train hospital staff, review donor paperwork, determine initial eligibility, ensure proper storage/shipping of collected units, maintain supplies, and build positive relationships with hospital partners and the public.
