Manage data integrity, inventory, and workflow for cord blood and cellular therapy products. Coordinate procurement, handling, storage, and shipment logistics; maintain spreadsheets and databases; generate reports and communications; and support internal and external customers. The role requires strong organization, record-keeping, multitasking, customer service, and basic computer skills, with possible overtime and weekend work.

Coordinates district HR activities, responds to employee and manager inquiries, supports hiring, onboarding, records, benefits, compliance, leave administration, accommodations, workers’ compensation, and employee relations. Partners with district leadership and Corporate HR while maintaining confidential information and traveling occasionally to other district locations.

Leads Business Office financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, revenue cycle, fixed assets, reporting, reconciliations, banking, billing, and collections. Supervises and develops staff, ensures accounting compliance and internal control effectiveness, drives process improvements, supports audits and system implementations, and partners with organizational leaders and stakeholders.
