Serves as the clinic’s first point of contact by managing front desk operations, answering calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, processing payments, maintaining confidential records, and supporting client check-in. Performs drug screenings and assists with vital signs as needed. Requires accurate administrative work, strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and flexibility to cover other clinic locations, extended hours, and occasional Saturdays.

Provides targeted case management to individuals with severe mental illness, substance use disorders, or serious emotional disturbances. Responsibilities include assessing needs, coordinating physical and mental healthcare, connecting clients with community resources, advocacy, recovery support, transportation, documentation, and collaboration with internal and external providers. The role serves clients in clinic and community settings, requires regular face-to-face contact, and maintains a caseload of approximately 23–25 clients.

Provides psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, consultation, documentation, and crisis support. Participates in treatment teams, risk management activities, suicide reviews, and on-call services. Requires prescribing controlled substances, willingness to prescribe Suboxone, collaboration with a psychiatrist, and use of electronic prescribing and medical record systems.
