Serves as the clinic’s first point of contact by managing front desk operations, calls, check-ins, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, client records, payments, and administrative paperwork. Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, supports drug screenings and vital-sign collection, coordinates with staff, and provides coverage at other clinic locations as needed.

Provides 24-hour crisis access, triage, emotional support, risk screening, safety planning, de-escalation, referrals, warm handoffs, care coordination, and follow-up for individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, developmental disability, or crisis-related needs. Documents contacts in electronic systems, verifies insurance, coordinates appointments, maintains resource information, and escalates high-risk situations under supervisory protocols. The role requires overnight shifts after day and evening training, with potential remote or hybrid work.

Provide targeted case management for individuals with SMI, SUD, or SED: assess strengths and needs, link to community resources, coordinate care, transport clients, maintain regular contacts, and document services.
