LifeScience Logistics Benefits Overview

Supports FDA, DEA, state inspections, customer audits, quality system compliance, change controls, recalls, deviations, CAPAs, product release, SOP revisions, validation, temperature monitoring, and internal audits in a 3PL logistics environment. Collaborates with Operations and Facilities on root-cause investigations, corrective actions, record reviews, and process improvements using Six Sigma and quality systems. Requires customer communication, occasional on-call rotation, warehouse activity, and up to 10% travel.

Manages warehouse operations, staff development, budgets, vendor contracts, safety, regulatory compliance, productivity, and client-focused initiatives. Oversees warehouse accuracy, employee morale, emergency operations, and adherence to cGMP, SOPs, FDA, DEA, ISO, VAWD, and customs requirements. The role requires healthcare distribution experience, supervisory leadership, ERP and warehouse management system expertise, data analysis, budget tracking, and occasional travel.

Recruits exempt and non-exempt employees, conducts interviews, manages HR records and status changes, supports employee relations and separations, administers HR policies, coordinates background checks and drug testing, assists with organizational development initiatives, and maintains communication with government agencies.
