Elicit and manage requirements for AI-supported workflows, create user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process diagrams, and wireframes, and analyze systems for improvements. Support UAT and QA testing, produce technical documentation and training materials, assist user adoption, and serve as a contact for AI product issues. Gather post-release feedback, monitor performance, conduct user research and usability testing, and advocate for customer needs in product decisions.

Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel and daily operations (receiving, storage, picking, loading, shipping), enforce SOPs and cGMP/FDA requirements, train staff, resolve inventory/shipping discrepancies, track productivity and budgets, drive process improvements, ensure safety and facility security, and act as backup to the Operations Manager.

Supervise QA team and processes for a regulated facility: manage CAPAs, change control, deviations, audits, vendor qualification, holds/releases, metrics, and training. Provide quality oversight for cleanroom sampling/dispensing, support DEA and internal audits, and lead corrective actions and quality improvement initiatives.
