Lead enterprise contract administration and BPA management within Oracle ERP. Manage a remote team, optimize contract lifecycle and procure-to-pay workflows, drive process improvements, ensure data integrity, partner cross-functionally, analyze operational data and resolve ERP/purchasing issues to improve efficiency and governance.

Build relationships with referral sources and educate the community about acute rehabilitation to drive patient census. Conduct in-person outreach, presentations, and in-services within the territory, identify admission barriers and collaborate with program leadership to resolve them. Requires frequent onsite travel and coordination with clinicians, case managers, and discharge planners.

Lead and coordinate nursing staff on a rehabilitation unit, provide direct patient care, manage staffing, budgets, compliance, quality indicators, documentation, training, hiring/evaluations, and promote rehabilitation nursing standards.
