Reconcile and post payments, maintain the charge description master (CDM), analyze revenue cycle and reimbursement data, ensure billing/coding compliance, resolve payment and claims issues, perform audits/validation, coordinate with finance and clinical departments, balance daily bank files, and support claims worklists.

Provides administrative support to the Surgery Director and Operating Room staff, including secretarial duties, ordering supplies, updating departmental software, participating in performance improvement and education, transporting patients, delivering medications, and assisting with basic patient care as needed.

Verify and approve medication orders; monitor medication management processes and identify risk points; supervise and verify Pharmacy Technician work; manage medication ordering, storage, and inventory; review patient drug therapy and document interventions; perform anticoagulant monitoring and recommend dosing per protocol.
