Manages fundraising and donor stewardship, including database oversight, donor communications, gift processing, research, grant support, and cultivation. Oversees marketing and communications through press releases, campaign materials, social media, digital fundraising, and brand awareness initiatives. Plans development events, analyzes fundraising outcomes, builds community relationships, coordinates volunteers and vendors, and represents the organization with donors, partners, and community groups.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Director and leadership team. Responsibilities include calendar and travel coordination, board meeting support, records and database maintenance, donor and stakeholder communications, event logistics, project tracking, document preparation, and confidential information management. The role also supports office operations, organizational initiatives, grant and board reporting, fundraising activities, and occasional reception coverage.

Supports organization-wide quality improvement initiatives through data collection, cleanup, analysis, reporting, dashboard updates, surveys, record reviews, compliance documentation, and staff training. The role tracks improvement plans, identifies trends, prepares performance summaries, maintains audit documentation, and develops practical templates and guidance. It requires advanced Excel skills, familiarity with databases and case management systems, and an understanding of quality improvement and program evaluation.
