Assists with payroll processing, including employee changes, wages, benefits, taxes, deductions, garnishments, and direct deposits. Maintains payroll records, reports, reconciliations, and compliance documentation; supports audits, journal entries, month-end reporting, tax notice resolution, and employee inquiries. Ensures payroll transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with federal, state, and local requirements.

Lead UX strategy and design across patient and provider journeys for web and mobile, creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical Ops, Analytics, Growth, and Compliance to use research, analytics, and experimentation to improve engagement, efficiency, and outcomes. Drive design systems, accessibility, AI-enabled experiences, and data-informed, human-centered design practices.

Build and scale LifeMD’s influencer and creator marketing strategy across weight management, men’s health, and women’s health. Source and manage creators, negotiate usage rights, develop high-converting content briefs, and partner with paid media to amplify top-performing assets. Track CAC, ROAS, revenue, and conversion metrics while ensuring content complies with FTC, FDA, privacy, legal, and clinical guidelines. Manage budgets, attribution frameworks, asset pipelines, and weekly performance reporting.
