Supports nonclinical behavioral health program operations, including scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, records and chart maintenance, reporting, client communications, cash and benefits administration, insurance assistance, and management information systems. Provides reception, call triage, client and family support, coordination with guardians and community agencies, and monitoring of program supplies, vehicles, and administrative processes while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Assists lead teachers in providing safe, developmentally appropriate childcare for children ages birth to five. Responsibilities include managing groups, implementing developmental screenings and positive behavior management, maintaining organized classrooms and accurate records, communicating with families and staff, and following applicable childcare, behavioral health, and privacy regulations. The role requires empathy, flexibility, confidentiality, physical activity, and willingness to serve as lead teacher temporarily.

Provides clinical mental health services, including individual and group therapy, case management, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, behavioral support, and skills training. Maintains compliant clinical records, participates in treatment teams, coordinates continuity of care, and represents the agency in community settings. Requires collaboration with patients, families, community providers, and legal or healthcare representatives while supporting recovery, resilience, dignity, and patient choice.
