Provides community-based behavioral health case management and vocational services for patients with serious mental illness and substance use conditions. Duties include individualized support planning, activities of daily living assistance, housing and benefits support, social-skills coaching, transportation coordination, clinical documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Vocational responsibilities include IPS-supported employment, job development, vocational assessments, job coaching, benefits counseling, resume preparation, interview support, and employer coordination.

Provides clinical mental health services, including individual and group therapy, case management, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, behavioral support, and skills training. Maintains compliant clinical records, participates in treatment teams, coordinates continuity of care, and represents the agency in community settings. Requires collaboration with patients, families, community providers, and legal or healthcare representatives while supporting recovery, resilience, dignity, and patient choice.

Provides community-based behavioral health case management and re-entry support. Conducts assessments, develops individualized care plans, coordinates behavioral health, medical, housing, transportation, employment, benefits, and other services, and facilitates referrals. Collaborates with correctional facilities, providers, courts, probation, managed care organizations, and community agencies. Maintains compliant documentation, advocates for participants, supports recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care, and participates in supervision, training, quality improvement, and community engagement.

Leads enterprise-wide quality assurance, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, risk management, patient safety, and continuous improvement for behavioral health programs. Oversees CARF and CCBHC readiness, audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, quality metrics, documentation systems, policies, staff competency development, and compliance reporting. Serves as Compliance and Privacy Officer, advises executive leadership and the Board, and represents the organization with regulators, accreditors, auditors, and community stakeholders.

Coordinates nonclinical behavioral health program operations, including staff scheduling, timekeeping, budgeting, purchasing, records and chart management, reporting, reception, client communication, financial disbursements, insurance and Medicaid assistance, and management information systems. Maintains client and program records, coordinates supplies and vehicle maintenance, supports medication ordering, communicates with guardians and community agencies, and helps clients and families access services. Requires sound judgment, confidentiality, organization, and supportive communication with individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness.

Leads residential aide staff during assigned shifts, supports residential program oversight, coordinates supplies and patient-store distribution, conducts shift audits, monitors safety, and promotes communication between clinical and milieu teams. Provides orientation and training, addresses staffing concerns, ensures policy compliance, and supports clients in residential substance use and mental health programs. Requires occasional nights, weekends, community visits, and shift coverage.

Directs behavioral health treatment programs, ensuring clinical service quality, regulatory and contract compliance, accreditation readiness, financial stability, and accurate reporting. Provides clinical supervision, case reviews, staff training, orientation, policy implementation, and occasional direct patient services. Collaborates with executive leadership, treatment teams, government agencies, private organizations, patients, and community representatives while maintaining confidentiality and applicable Washington and federal requirements.

Supports day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, month-end close, payroll accounting, financial reporting, audit preparation, and financial systems support. Manages grant and contract accounting through budget monitoring, invoicing, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance documentation. Assists with nonprofit grant applications, budgets, audits, tax filings, vendor maintenance, and resolving financial discrepancies while collaborating with Finance, Payroll, Human Resources, and program leadership.

Coordinates reentry services for individuals releasing from custody, including referrals, pre-release meetings, transition planning, participant budgeting, supportive funding, documentation, compliance, and monthly reporting. Maintains clinical files and financial records, facilitates meetings with community partners, coordinates with corrections and behavioral health agencies, and represents the organization in approved community settings while protecting confidential patient information.

Provides outreach, engagement, and clinical support to adults in an Outpatient Competency Restoration Program. Duties include outreach in jails and communities, court attendance, client transportation, needs assessments, barrier reduction, re-engagement, treatment groups and individual sessions, presentations, and collaboration with forensic navigators and legal-system partners.

Supervise and administer an Assertive Community Treatment team serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Responsibilities include clinical and administrative oversight, staff supervision and scheduling, referral screening, recruitment, direct client services, assessments, treatment planning, crisis coordination, community outreach, and psychotherapy support. The supervisor also develops referral relationships, trains staff in evidence-based therapies, and coordinates services with community agencies, law enforcement, and other resources.

Supervises mental health professionals and case managers in crisis triage, stabilization, and involuntary treatment programs. Provides clinical services, reviews charts for regulatory and accreditation compliance, conducts staff supervision and evaluations, leads training and clinical meetings, monitors safety and ethical concerns, supports quality improvement, and coordinates with crisis responders and courts. Requires participation in on-call coverage, shift work, de-escalation training, and seclusion/restraint debriefings.

Leads accounting and financial reporting operations, including general ledger management, month-end and year-end close, budgeting, grant and contract accounting, payroll accounting, audits, internal controls, compliance, and financial systems oversight. Supervises Finance staff, ensures accurate financial records and reporting, identifies risks and variances, supports organizational decision-making, and drives process improvements.
