Leads pricing strategy, governance, analytics, and commercial decision support across Government, B2B, and B2C portfolios. Develops pricing models, profitability analyses, KPIs, business cases, and scenario analyses to optimize revenue and margins. Partners with Sales, Commercial, Finance, and executive leadership on deal structuring, contracts, negotiations, forecasting, process improvement, automation, and pricing controls. Builds pricing capabilities and provides strategic recommendations based on market, customer, cost, and competitive insights.
