Supports a customer computer network operations organization through systems engineering and project management. Responsibilities include evaluating AI/ML architectures, coordinating enterprise deployments, assessing project planning and reporting, maintaining Jira and Confluence in agile environments, developing sustainable processes, and documenting process improvements. The role requires strong communication, systems engineering experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Develops, maintains, tests, and enhances enterprise infrastructure software. Designs and manages cloud infrastructure using OpenStack and comparable platforms, analyzes system performance, supports software and system engineering, automates networks, and addresses cloud security and operations needs. The role requires strong Linux and Python skills, software development experience, technical documentation, requirements analysis, and a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems from documented requirements; review, test, and document software components; contribute software input to system design and use COTS/GOTS; design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure (OpenStack); analyze system performance and workflows; troubleshoot issues; collaborate with users and system engineers using Linux and Python.
