Provide systems engineering assessments and administer Windows and VMware desktop systems. Collaborate with network, storage, and server teams to define solutions, respond to capacity requests, install and maintain user desktops, optimize system resources, and perform capacity planning and troubleshooting.

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise infrastructure software and data systems. Analyze system performance, recommend COTS/GOTS use, collaborate with users and engineers, investigate process issues, and document test results. Follow software development and design methodologies appropriate to the environment.

Design, build, and secure AI/ML-assisted systems for systems engineering, architecture, security, and requirements generation. Create API accounts, design intuitive and widely accessible user interfaces, implement modular security and access controls, build export and integration features (including Microsoft Office and external management tools), and produce user training materials and lessons learned to improve AI/ML processes.
