Leads YouVersion’s organizational giving strategy by cultivating and expanding relationships with foundations, churches, businesses, and other institutional partners. Manages a portfolio of approximately 20–40 organizations, identifies new funding opportunities, develops grant proposals, oversees reporting and renewals, tracks activity in the CRM, and communicates impact, KPIs, and future vision to donors and stakeholders.

Develops and refines strategic narratives, speeches, scripts, leadership messages, and organizational communications for YouVersion and Life.Church. Partners with senior communications leadership, maintains voice and messaging standards, verifies organizational facts and statistics, coordinates with internal stakeholders, and equips leaders for high-visibility moments. The role requires excellent writing, editing, sourcing, judgment, collaboration, and deadline management skills.

Leads Worship Creative operations through project management, communication, scheduling, logistics, budgeting, travel coordination, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. Oversees multiple projects, maintains calendars, supports campus resourcing, coordinates events and songwriting trips, and ensures deliverables remain on schedule. Requires strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, conflict management, and strategic execution skills, along with a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience.
