Teams at LifeCare Hospitals of North Texas

Provides direct nursing care using the nursing process, assesses and documents patient status, plans and evaluates care, delegates and supervises nursing staff, coordinates admissions/transfers/discharges, provides patient/family education, and may perform charge nurse duties including staffing, scheduling, and incident reporting.

Provide diagnostic imaging and fluoroscopy services: assess patients, perform and evaluate images for quality and positioning, operate imaging equipment, document procedures, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and oxygen saturation, interpret telemetry/EKGs, report abnormalities to assigned nurse, maintain logs and unit supplies, communicate with care team and physicians, document findings, assist with unit organization, and respond to emergencies as needed.
