Designs, implements, and coordinates social service programs within affordable housing communities. Provides client assistance, case management, needs assessment, service coordination, resident advocacy, community outreach, and educational resources. Supports older adults and families in maintaining stable housing, coordinates community resources, ensures regulatory and policy compliance, manages documentation and reporting, and builds resilient communities through supportive services and resident engagement.

The Intensive Case Manager provides support to individuals and families, assessing needs, coordinating services, advocating for resources, and assisting with job readiness.

Coordinates after-school programs for children in affordable housing communities. Provides homework assistance, academic enrichment, social-emotional support, and a safe, caring environment for youth. Responsibilities include family communication, behavior management, conflict resolution, event facilitation, community outreach, attendance documentation, curriculum implementation, and management of supplies and budgets. The role collaborates with social services leadership to support children and families.
