Designs and coordinates social service programs at affordable housing sites. Provides case management, client assistance, service coordination, community outreach, and support for older adults. Implements evidence-based supportive services to help residents maintain stable housing and build resilience. Reports to the Regional Director of Social Services.

Lead social services and after-school programs for low-income families, seniors, and children. Provide case management, resource coordination, budgeting, outreach, compliance, data reporting, partnership building, and program implementation to support stable housing and community resilience.

Part-time Program Coordinator to design, implement, and coordinate after-school activities at affordable housing sites. Provide homework help, academic enrichment, and a safe, supportive environment for youth. Work under the Regional Director of Social Services to deliver high-quality resident services and empower children from low-income families.
