Senior financial leader responsible for financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, compliance, risk management, audits, and oversight of the LIFE PACE program. Advises CEO and Board, leads finance team, ensures GAAP and regulatory compliance (CMS, OHCA), supports fundraising and organizational growth, and presents financial reports to leadership and the Board.

Partner with hiring managers to recruit across the organization: post jobs, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, extend offers, attend recruiting events, maintain ATS records, and support onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Greet participants, families, and visitors; manage phone calls, check-ins/check-outs, and appointment scheduling. Maintain documentation, route communications, perform basic sanitation of reception area, assist with participant arrivals/departures, and support clinic staff through administrative tasks and meeting participation.
