The Business Area Manager drives growth and sustainability of air medical service lines through business development, customer relationship management, education, outreach, and service improvement. The role collaborates with healthcare, EMS, aviation, law enforcement, and government partners; analyzes transport data and customer needs; promotes safety and quality; and maintains 24 hours of operational service per pay period as a flight nurse, paramedic, or respiratory therapist. Travel, driving, occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
