Provides safe, compassionate emergency medical care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients within EMT scope of practice. Operates ground ambulances, completes patient documentation and follow-up, cleans and restocks equipment, performs inventories, maintains supplies, supports safety protocols, and contributes to daily medical transport operations and community relationships.

Provides advanced critical care during air ambulance and ground transports, assuming responsibility for direct patient care. Collaborates with flight paramedics, manages emergency procedures, documents care, supports equipment readiness, enforces aviation safety policies, and educates patients, hospitals, agencies, and the public.

Provides safe, compassionate emergency medical care to patients within EMT scope of practice. Operates ground ambulances, documents patient care, supports patient follow-up, cleans and restocks equipment, completes inventories, maintains supplies, and collaborates with medical transport crews. The role also promotes safety and risk-management policies, supports operational goals, and represents Life Flight Network positively to patients, hospitals, and community agencies.

Receive, evaluate, prioritize, and coordinate emergency and routine air medical transport requests. Dispatch helicopters, ambulances, and fixed-wing aircraft; communicate with hospitals, EMS agencies, medical staff, and 911 centers; provide accurate ETAs; document events in dispatch systems; operate radios, phones, mapping tools, and support equipment; maintain confidentiality, equipment readiness, and professional customer service.

Provides timely, safe, and compassionate emergency care to patients within EMT scope of practice. Safely operates ground ambulances according to organizational protocols, works varied shifts, drives company or personal vehicles as needed, and communicates effectively during stressful situations.
