Coordinates and delivers onboarding, job-specific, SOP, and plant-floor training for manufacturing employees. Maintains skills matrices, proficiency checklists, training records, and progression reports; assigns and coaches trainers; facilitates learning programs; develops training materials; evaluates effectiveness; and partners with Operations, HR, Quality, Safety, and leadership to close skill gaps and improve workforce capability.

Administers compensation, benefits, leave, accommodations, and performance management programs. Manages compliance with employment laws, benefits enrollment, ACA reporting, compensation analysis, HRIS data integrity, payroll audits, performance workflows, and employee accommodations. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, managers, and vendors while supporting audits, reporting, open enrollment, process improvements, and employee communications.

Administer and secure enterprise networks across corporate and manufacturing locations. Responsibilities include managing firewalls, SD-WAN, VPNs, wireless, identity and access controls, cloud connectivity, operational technology security, monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, documentation, vendor coordination, and technical support. The role also participates in maintenance, on-call support, change management, and security improvements.

Leads capital projects for ingredient handling, batching, blending, cooking, and packaging-ready manufacturing processes. Designs systems, performs engineering and financial analyses, manages project plans, vendors, contractors, documentation, and CAPEX budgets. Provides technical support to operations and maintenance, improves equipment reliability, leads continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives, and ensures compliance with safety and quality regulations across multiple manufacturing sites.
