Catalog and maintain bibliographic records for foreign-language and English materials in an ILS using MARC21 and library standards. Classify serials and monographs, recommend headings/classifications, and keep records aligned with NACO/BIBCO practices while staying current with cataloging standards.

Perform original and copy cataloging (descriptive, subject, authority work) for print and electronic materials using RDA/MARC/LCSH. Configure and troubleshoot e-resources in the ILS, maintain metadata quality and holdings, contribute to NACO, produce cataloging statistics, support e-resource workflows, and maintain data analytics dashboards for library operations.

Generate new business through face-to-face prospecting and presentations, build and maintain regional account plans, manage CRM activity, coordinate with marketing and sales teams, pursue opportunities, attend trade shows, and meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets while supporting municipal government clients.
