Develop and grow relationships with personal injury attorneys and law firms across assigned New York territories. Responsibilities include conducting outreach and meetings, promoting MoveDocs technology and Oasis Financial funding, training firms, coordinating services, addressing attorney requests, maintaining CRM activity and pipeline records, and collaborating with internal teams. This remote role requires approximately 60% travel, residence in Brooklyn or Queens, and reliable access to a personal vehicle.

Manage a portfolio of personal injury-related cases, coordinating with law firms, medical providers, clients, and insurers. Investigate billing and case progress, negotiate resolutions, apply collections strategies, and meet customer experience, financial, SLA, and performance targets. The role requires personal injury case experience, claims-law and medical knowledge, strong communication, negotiation, decision-making, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced Las Vegas office environment.

Leads the Case Coordination team, overseeing case intake, assignments, audits, workload distribution, service quality, and operational performance. Provides coaching, training, feedback, and corrective actions while maintaining policies, SOPs, and playbooks. Reviews dashboards and metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and support case progression. Collaborates with Revenue Cycle, Business Development, Plaintiff Funding, referral sources, providers, attorneys, leadership, and HR to resolve issues and deliver a seamless client experience.
