Manage engineering laboratories, equipment, systems, facilities support, maintenance, repairs, safety, and lifecycle planning across multiple engineering disciplines. Supervise student lab technicians, train users on laboratory and machine shop equipment, support academic projects and competition teams, provide tours, assist with budgeting and strategic planning, and ensure compliance with university policies and applicable safety standards.

Designs and delivers faculty development and support for technology-enhanced teaching and learning. Provides Canvas help-desk assistance, trains faculty and teaching assistants, develops instructional technology tutorials and documentation, and consults on technology integration in residential and online classrooms. Coordinates with university departments, recruits educational technology leaders for professional development events, maintains web resources, and oversees event video production and editing.

Performs print finishing tasks including cutting, creasing, folding, binding, die cutting, tabbing, trimming, packaging, and documentation. Operates production equipment after training, inspects work for quality, troubleshoots issues, and meets customer specifications and production deadlines. The role requires teamwork, communication, organization, independent judgment, basic mathematics and geometry, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds in a noisy, climate-controlled production environment.
