Provide operational and data-quality support for the Institutional Effectiveness & Research office: perform data entry and analysis, document and improve academic processes, collaborate with Analytics, IT, and academic units, develop tools and training, and manage academic projects to ensure accurate, timely reporting and policy compliance.

Entry-level software developer contributing to design, development, and maintenance of software solutions. Writes clean code, fixes bugs, participates in code reviews, documents work, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Supports backend and frontend tasks, databases, testing, and version control while learning from senior developers and following established processes.

Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Directors, managing communications, office technology, supplies procurement, financial transaction reconciliation, vehicle upkeep, and general office upkeep. Perform organizational, clerical, and problem-solving tasks independently and as part of a team; other duties as assigned.
