The seasonal role requires outdoor work in varied weather, standing and waving for up to eight hours, professional communication, rapport-building with business owners, and possible driving between businesses.

Supervise daily operations of a seasonal tax office, including staffing, scheduling, workflow, customer service, compliance, reporting, and employee development. The role leads recruitment and onboarding, monitors office performance, supports tax preparation accuracy, resolves client concerns, maintains documentation, and executes local marketing and community outreach. Evening and weekend availability is required during peak tax season.

Prepares accurate individual and small business tax returns, reviews financial records, ensures compliance with tax regulations, and verifies data in tax software. Provides client interviews, customer service, tax planning guidance, and explains return outcomes. Maintains organized records, completes required documentation, participates in tax-law training, collaborates with office staff, and may mentor junior employees. The seasonal role may require overtime and weekend work during tax season.
