Manage corporate tax strategy and planning across an international business. Provide tax advice on strategic initiatives, transactions, business models, compliance, reporting, and forecasting. Research complex tax issues, monitor legislation, manage tax risk, and deliver commercially focused recommendations. Partner with Finance, Treasury, Legal, M&A, senior tax leaders, and external advisers while managing projects and stakeholder relationships.

Lead global corporate and indirect tax strategy across international operations. Oversee tax governance, compliance, reporting, transfer pricing, audits, and dispute resolution. Advise on cross-border M&A, restructurings, joint ventures, financing arrangements, and tax-efficient structures. Lead Pillar Two and BEPS initiatives, manage external advisers, and develop a high-performing global tax team while partnering with Finance, Treasury, Legal, and Corporate Development.

Manage day-to-day office operations and facilities, lead health & safety and vendor coordination, provide high-level executive support (diary, travel, correspondence), organise events and internal communications, assist HR onboarding/offboarding, reconcile expenses, and deliver general administrative tasks to ensure a professional, compliant, and efficient office environment.
