Lead corporate finance, commercial structuring, funding strategy, and risk management for egg Power’s renewable energy platform. Responsibilities include raising debt and equity, negotiating PPAs, acquisitions, and construction contracts, managing lender and investor relationships, supporting strategic planning and M&A, and overseeing governance, regulatory, and contractual risks across European renewable energy projects.

Build and lead high-performing finance teams supporting portfolio-level decision-making, capital allocation, financial reporting, investment analysis, business modeling, scenario planning, and value creation. Present complex financial insights to executives and investment committees, improve financial processes through standardization and automation, and partner with investment teams and portfolio company leaders across international markets.

Leads commercial finance for Liberty Global’s Corporate entity, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, cost efficiency, and revenue opportunities. Owns managed service agreements, including pricing, renewals, contract revenue analysis, performance dashboards, and SLA tracking. Partners with senior stakeholders, manages transformation initiatives, controls external spend, and develops a high-performing finance team. Requires strong commercial acumen, leadership, financial modeling, contract management, and communication skills.
