Originate and drive partnership development for specialty finance working-capital solutions, leveraging existing relationships to source opportunities, pitch tailored products, manage the sales process through deal closure, and provide market intelligence on working capital financing and potential targets.

Lead stakeholder engagement to originate, evaluate, structure and invest in renewable energy projects (wind, solar, onsite). Build and maintain financial models, prepare investment materials, lead bids and negotiations, coordinate Legal/Tax/Treasury, assess regulatory and operational risks, and drive delivery to secure long-term PPAs and project returns.

Builds a talent community for future Director-level finance roles. Potential responsibilities include leading portfolio-level finance teams, standardizing and automating reporting, performing investment analysis and modelling, presenting insights to executives, and partnering with senior stakeholders to optimize capital and drive value creation across portfolio companies.
