Provides member and staff support for debit and ATM card inquiries, applications, account closures, returned mail, replacements, rewards transfers, and card maintenance. Monitors quality-control reports, performs CardWizard administrative routines, supports card-room duties, and provides departmental coverage. Requires strong communication, multitasking, security awareness, and availability for rotating Saturdays and occasional evenings.

Leads mortgage lending sales operations for the East Kentucky region, including recruiting and managing teams, growing loan production, forecasting volume, ensuring regulatory compliance, resolving loan-file issues, managing budgets and incentive programs, developing strategic plans, and building member and community relationships. Requires substantial mortgage banking experience, documented sales results, NMLS licensure, knowledge of loan programs and regulations, and willingness to travel within the region.

Manages an inbound consumer lending call center team, supervising loan officers and coaching employees to meet production, cross-selling, and service goals. Responsibilities include performance evaluation, scheduling, training, hiring support, escalated loan underwriting, operational improvement, reporting, incentive development, and coordination with IT and underwriting teams. The role also ensures compliance with credit union policies and supports lending technology and systems.
