Technical Business Analyst responsible for translating business and technical requirements into scalable cloud and platform solutions. The role involves stakeholder collaboration, Agile artefact creation, process mapping, backlog refinement, UAT, and delivery support across discovery, design, build, testing, and release. The analyst will work with GCP, APIs, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and platform teams to support technology-led transformation, automation, governance, and continuous improvement.

Leads IT Operations and a specialist team supporting enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, Workday, Atlassian, and ERP systems. Oversees system reliability, integrations, access management, security, compliance, vendors, licensing, budgets, migrations, and transformation initiatives. Acts as the senior escalation point for incidents while improving service performance, governance, business continuity, and disaster recovery across multiple regions and time zones.

Lead the development and execution of the company’s long-term technology strategy and roadmap. Assess emerging technologies, especially AI and machine learning, and translate insights into investment recommendations and business cases. Advise executives, prepare board materials, support technology planning and supplier negotiations, and collaborate across business functions. The role also contributes to transformation programs, mergers and acquisitions, technology due diligence, and integration planning while influencing stakeholders without direct management authority.
