Supports telecoms security governance, risk, compliance, policy implementation, audit readiness, and training activities. Maintains compliance trackers, risk registers, evidence repositories, asset registers, business impact assessments, and risk treatment plans. Coordinates evidence gathering for audits and Ofcom regulatory requests, prepares dashboards and reporting packs, tracks policy compliance, and assists with security awareness initiatives. Requires organizational skills, cybersecurity governance interest, Telecoms Security Act knowledge, familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, and Cyber Essentials, plus governance or compliance experience.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems, including multi-agent architectures, RAG pipelines, vector database solutions, knowledge graphs, and evaluation frameworks. Optimize agents for cost, latency, quality, and reliability while collaborating across engineering and business teams. The role requires strong Python engineering, cloud experience, LLM knowledge, and the ability to deliver scalable, compliant solutions in enterprise environments.

Provides first-line People Services support to employees, managers, and external stakeholders across the employee lifecycle. Handles high-volume enquiries through phone, email, and digital channels; resolves cases; processes employee records and transactions; supports HR systems and self-service tools; protects sensitive data; meets service levels and quality targets; and contributes to process improvements and team development.
