Leads US customer accounting operations, including period-end close, reconciliations, reporting, controls, and issue resolution. Manages customer onboarding and transitions, improves and automates accounting processes, and partners with systems teams. Develops accounting staff, manages experienced accountants, supports SOX compliance, and serves as a senior contact for customer Controllers and Finance teams.

Leads enterprise systems strategy, architecture, governance, roadmaps, and advisory engagements across ERP, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Payroll, and corporate applications. Partners with senior stakeholders and customers on transformation plans, solution architecture, business cases, bids, and commercial propositions. Identifies practical AI and emerging technology opportunities, monitors vendors and market trends, and leads a team of enterprise systems professionals.

Lead OneStream EPM advisory and implementation engagements, including solution design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Partner with senior finance leaders on transformation roadmaps spanning consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, automation, and AI. Manage complex programmes, stakeholders, governance, budgets, and risks while supporting business development, mentoring consulting teams, and expanding the OneStream practice.
