Drive business development and partnership growth across GCC markets by acquiring clients and managing Introducing Brokers, affiliates, trading academies, and institutional partners. Develop regional acquisition strategies, maintain partner relationships, collaborate on localized marketing campaigns, represent the company at industry events, monitor regulatory and competitive developments, and track revenue, conversion, acquisition, and trading-volume KPIs.

Leads business development and Introducing Broker growth across the GCC forex and fintech markets. Owns revenue, volume, partnerships, market expansion, KPIs, and departmental performance. Manages and coaches Business Development Managers, develops regional strategies, analyzes partner and market data, collaborates cross-functionally, and builds long-term strategic relationships. Requires Arabic and English fluency, financial markets expertise, negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel reporting and analysis.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions, including sourcing, job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding, and employee support. Develop talent attraction, retention, and development strategies; analyze labor market and salary data; advise management on HR policies; and maintain recruitment reports. The role requires stakeholder partnership, strong communication, multitasking, HR systems experience, and upper-intermediate English.
