Manages daily payment operations, including PSP balance monitoring, transaction reconciliation, settlements, refunds, vendor onboarding, payment-related queries, fee collection, invoice reconciliation, and reporting. Supports product implementations, system updates, and ongoing payment projects while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external payment service providers.

Develop and manage client relationships for forex and fintech products, promote services through phone and email, conduct market research, and provide market analysis. Assist clients with account opening and forex trading, resolve inquiries, maintain sales records, and achieve revenue targets. The role also involves recruiting and supporting agents, Introducing Brokers, and customers while expanding sales and staying current with industry trends.

Translates business needs into technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and system requirements. Collaborates with stakeholders and development teams, leads system configuration and data mapping, documents integrations and data flows, and supports post-release validation. The role requires SQL-based data analysis, familiarity with APIs and data architecture, and experience with analytics, marketing platforms, databases, warehouses, and streaming technologies.
