Manage customer funding submissions from Sales through fund release, maintaining a 50–60-case pipeline. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, collecting missing information, communicating with customers, securing signed contracts, coordinating with funding partners, and collaborating with Sales and Underwriting to resolve blockers and improve processes.

Manage warm inbound leads from initial outreach through completed funding. Conduct discovery calls with business owners, understand funding needs, present and position financial solutions, address objections, and close deals. Communicate through phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp while collaborating with Partnerships, Risk, and Operations. Track funnel KPIs, meet sales targets, and provide a professional customer experience.

Serve as the main contact for Nordic merchants, managing customer queries through phone, email, and live chat. Investigate and resolve payment issues, support partners with operational questions, and coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, Collections, and other teams. Share customer feedback to improve products and processes. The role requires fluent Finnish and English, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, organization, adaptability, and an interest in fintech or financial services.
