Teams at Liberis

Serve as the main contact for Nordic merchants, managing customer queries through phone, email, and live chat. Investigate and resolve payment issues, support partners with operational questions, and coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, Collections, and other teams. Share customer feedback to improve products and processes. The role requires fluent Finnish and English, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, organization, adaptability, and an interest in fintech or financial services.

Own complex Salesforce solutions from discovery through production, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, configuration, integrations, automation, security, testing, and release management. Make architecture decisions, troubleshoot production issues, review code, improve engineering practices, reduce technical debt, and mentor developers and administrators. Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Operations, and engineering stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable Salesforce capabilities.

Own partnership opportunities from prospect identification through negotiation, agreement, onboarding, and launch. Build relationships with prospective partners, define partnership propositions, develop proposals and commercial models, negotiate enterprise deals, coordinate internal stakeholders, and represent Liberis at industry events. The role requires strong commercial judgment, structured execution, relationship-building, and the ability to manage complex B2B partnership cycles.
