Part-time in-person Office Assistant (16 hrs/week) responsible for greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms and basic conference IT, maintaining supplies and common areas, coordinating vendors, supporting onboarding, and helping plan events to maintain a welcoming office environment.

Lead post-sales technical engagements to design, demo, configure, integrate, and support AI-driven solutions.
