Provides direct nursing care to elderly, acutely ill, or injured residents under RN supervision. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident responses, documenting care, coordinating with physicians and care teams, participating in assessments and care planning, handling admissions and discharges, responding to emergencies, and overseeing medication aides within the LPN’s scope of practice.

Leads nursing services and clinical operations in a skilled nursing and long-term care facility. Oversees resident care, staff development, staffing, scheduling, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, clinical metrics, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Director of Nursing fosters accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care while supporting positive outcomes and employee engagement.

Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans; administer medications and treatments safely; monitor and report condition changes; collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team; ensure regulatory compliance and support resident-centered care. Flexible PRN scheduling and ability to pick up day, evening, or night shifts.
