Requires strong recruiting, employee development, HR systems, analytics, coaching, and stakeholder partnership capabilities.

Oversee electrical engineering design for industrial power distribution, substations, renewable energy, oil and gas, pulp and paper, mining, and heavy manufacturing projects. Manage multiple projects, provide PE oversight, interpret NEC and NESC requirements, perform design calculations and equipment selection, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, conduct field verifications, and produce quality documentation. The role requires occasional travel, fieldwork, and adherence to safety practices.
