Coordinate HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, recruitment support, employment documentation, HR records, learning initiatives, reporting, workplace health and safety, and employee queries. Maintain accurate Workday data, support HR projects and process improvements, and collaborate with HR Business Partners while handling sensitive information securely and accurately.

Provide technical and professional paraplanning support to Wealth Planners by analysing client finances, building cash flow models, researching products, preparing suitability reports, completing financial calculations, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting implementation and client reviews. The role covers retirement, tax, estate, protection, investment, and international planning, while coordinating with clients, providers, administrators, and professional advisers.

Provides advanced paraplanning and technical financial planning support for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities include cash-flow modelling, technical research, retirement and estate planning, suitability reports, compliance documentation, product analysis, implementation oversight, and complex case resolution. The role supports Wealth Planners, liaises with legal and tax advisers, maintains accurate client files, guides colleagues, and improves technical processes and standards.
