Lead implementation and optimization of LGI Supply Chain (Espresso MMS) for healthcare clients. Map and improve logistics and materials processes, run analysis workshops, train users, coordinate project activities, advise on best practices, contribute to product evolution, and support deployment and adoption across client sites.

Coordinate office operations, vendor and lease management, billing, space improvements and safety. Deliver employee experience services: reception, onboarding logistics, supplies, inventory, and event coordination. Provide administrative support to Culture & Talent and communications, and liaise with the Quebec office and internal stakeholders.
