Leads a small team responsible for enterprise data engineering, data warehousing, database administration, integrations, SharePoint, Nintex automation, Power BI enablement, governance, security, and operational reliability. The role owns Microsoft Fabric and EDW architecture, builds and supports ETL/ELT pipelines, manages platform roadmaps and vendors, applies AI-enabled automation, and partners with IT and business stakeholders to deliver trusted, secure, governed data services.

Develops and manages industrial customer relationships, territory plans, sales pipelines, and profitable revenue growth. Promotes hoses, gaskets, conveyor products, systems, and services to new and existing customers; identifies needs, provides solutions, conducts business reviews, and coordinates orders, pricing, delivery, and customer support. The role requires field visits, travel within the assigned territory, CRM management, mechanical aptitude, strong communication, and occasional after-hours or weekend work.

Develop and manage customer relationships across an assigned territory, promoting industrial hoses, gaskets, conveyor products, systems, and services. Responsibilities include territory planning, prospect acquisition, customer retention, sales growth, business reviews, CRM pipeline management, order and pricing communication, and solution selling. The role requires frequent field visits to industrial customer sites, collaboration with internal teams, occasional after-hours support, and travel by automobile or airplane.
