Updates order statuses and invoices in material and order management platforms, processes non-technical orders and report requests, tracks platform requirements, supports customer service, and participates in operational improvement projects. The role requires strong computer, communication, customer service, and basic math skills, along with flexibility for nights and weekends.

Prepares technical quotations and vendor data packages, reviews specifications, supports product research and pricing negotiations, enters project orders, and coordinates shipment tracking, scheduling, inspections, and customer releases. The role works closely with sales representatives, vendors, customers, and internal teams while ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery. It requires strong organization, communication, technical-documentation skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and flexibility to work in office and warehouse environments.

Develop and manage strategic customer relationships across assigned industrial territories. Drive sales, gross profit, acquisition, retention, and account growth by promoting products and services, developing territory plans, coordinating internal solutions, managing customer communications, and maintaining CRM pipeline data. The role requires frequent field visits, customer support, travel, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work occasional nights, weekends, and overtime.
