Leads process engineering for regulated IVD manufacturing, providing technical support, process capability improvement, structured problem solving, validation, technology transfer, and Operational Excellence. The role improves yield, throughput, quality, cost, and right-first-time performance while coaching cross-functional teams in statistical methods and Lean practices. It supports commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ, new product introduction, capacity expansion, automation, and compliant process control, serving as the site subject-matter expert for manufacturing processes and equipment.
