Maintains general accounting records, prepares invoices and financial documents, settles payables, reconciles customer and supplier balances, supports month-end and year-end closing, prepares tax and statistical reports, and manages accounting correspondence. The role also supports debt collection, financial risk management, process improvements, compliance with Polish accounting regulations and company procedures, and coordination with external accounting providers.

Supports the Quality Management System under the QA Manager, maintaining compliance with ISO 17025 and ISO 17034. Responsibilities include document control, handling complaints and deviations, root-cause investigations, internal and safety audits, SOP development, supplier performance monitoring, batch record review and release, administrative filing, and reviewing COSHH and risk assessments. The role requires Microsoft Office proficiency and a chemistry-related qualification.

Executes routine and moderately complex quality control testing for microbiological, sequencing, biologics, and related products. Performs laboratory workflows, analyzes and trends data, troubleshoots results, documents quality records, supports investigations, CAPA activities, process improvements, and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality Assurance, and Operations while providing peer guidance and maintaining adherence to SOPs, ISO 13485, safety, and quality requirements.
