Prepare accurate customer quotations, manage enquiries, follow up on opportunities, and support sales conversion. Serve as a key customer contact while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams. Handle regulated product enquiries, use CRM and business systems, support digital self-service adoption, and identify ways to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency. The role requires fluent French, strong English, excellent organization, and a customer-focused approach.

Leads integrated supply, production, inventory, capacity, and materials planning for complex operations. Develops supply and capacity scenarios, resolves MRP issues, manages shortages and inventory risks, leads SIOP forums, and influences cross-functional decisions. Owns planning parameters, master data, dashboards, governance, and ERP transactions while supporting launches, transfers, network changes, and production optimization. Partners with suppliers and mentors planners.
