Leads functional cost classification, FTE and financial data validation, reporting design, testing, commentary, and governance. Partners with FP&A, Finance, HR, IT, and site stakeholders to resolve issues, embed reporting into accounting processes, support the FY28 budget, and establish sustainable site-level ownership.

Manage German statutory accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, audits, month-end close, and tax reconciliations. Lead General Ledger Accountants, oversee outsourced providers, advise on German GAAP and IFRS matters, maintain relationships with tax authorities and advisers, and support transfer pricing, treasury, banking migration, and finance transformation projects.

Pick, pack, label, document, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time. Book courier shipments, update records, receive and book incoming stock, and support warehouse and logistics activities. Maintain safe, clean, organized working conditions and follow company procedures. After accredited training, complete IATA and ADG dangerous-goods packing. The role requires basic computer use, strong attention to detail, teamwork, organization, and a willingness to learn.
