Leads overall site strategy, operations, financial performance, quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and workforce development for a regulated life sciences manufacturing facility. Oversees production, laboratory services, quality control, and process development while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth. Partners with executive and cross-functional leaders to manage risks, resources, capital planning, organizational change, and performance metrics. May oversee multiple operational sites.

Supports site controllership through monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, variance and margin analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. Partners with finance, operations, supply chain, site leadership, auditors, and other stakeholders to provide decision support, identify risks and opportunities, improve processes, and lead annual planning and forecasting cycles.
