Provides operational and client support across food pantry, housing, transportation, mental health, and outreach programs. Responsibilities include client intake, case management assistance, food distribution, housing applications and placements, transportation coordination, outreach, documentation, reporting, appointment scheduling, and connecting clients with health and social services. The role requires trauma-informed, confidential, culturally responsive support for LGBTQ+ individuals, people living with HIV, and clients facing housing or food insecurity.

Provides executive leadership for integrated medical clinic and pharmacy operations. Oversees practice administration, pharmacy compliance, PIC responsibilities, staffing, patient access, quality improvement, regulatory readiness, budgets, vendor relationships, and clinical program implementation. Leads launch and optimization of an on-site pharmacy, including 340B operations, medication safety, and clinical pharmacy services. Partners with providers, executives, regulators, and community organizations to improve care, sustainability, and health outcomes.

Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, correspondence, presentations, confidential records, and special initiatives. The role coordinates executive communications, supports board and stakeholder interactions, handles sensitive information with discretion, and serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership. Responsibilities also include project coordination, research, schedule flexibility, and occasional support for executive events and business needs.
