Develop, test, and maintain HVAC control applications and HMIs using web technologies. Set up test infrastructure, troubleshoot escalated issues, write requirements and release documentation, collaborate with R&D and HQ on NPI projects, and monitor market and controls technologies to inform product direction.

Develop and support HVAC chiller product R&D for US market: analyze test and field data using statistical methods, identify design weaknesses, support lab data acquisition, and assist preparation of service, installation, and engineering manuals for commercialization.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the Subsidiary CEO, manage schedules, travel, expenses, and corporate documentation. Lead employee culture initiatives, support purchasing and general affairs tasks, maintain office operations and company vehicles, and liaise with global HQ in Korea. Ensure compliance, confidential handling of information, and efficient coordination across departments.
