Leads employee relations across U.S. business units, including complex workplace investigations, compliance, policy management, risk mitigation, manager coaching, training, workforce analytics, and engagement initiatives. Partners with Legal, Compliance, Audit, Compensation, and HR leadership to resolve sensitive matters, improve manager effectiveness, reduce complaints and litigation exposure, and maintain legally defensible HR practices across manufacturing and office locations.

Develops home appliance products from concept through production, using CAD models, prototypes, manufacturing-process knowledge, and tolerance analysis. Responsibilities include product design, qualification, resource and deadline management, statistical problem solving, production support, customer-focused performance improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role requires bilingual Korean-English communication and a mechanical, electronics, or electrical engineering background.

Leads HVAC controls and system integration testing, establishes lab environments, analyzes communication logs, troubleshoots hardware and software, validates cloud-connected platforms, and supports field evaluations. Coordinates technical activities between North American operations and Global HQ in Korea, provides pre- and post-sales technical support, develops documentation and training, monitors HVAC regulations, and identifies product improvement opportunities.
