As an AI Engineer at Lexroom, you will build full-stack features using Next.js and Python, optimize APIs and databases, and collaborate with teams to enhance legal software products.

Lead and grow a BDR team focused on outbound pipeline for Mid-Market/Enterprise and SMB (Italian market). Own pipeline metrics, coach reps, build repeatable outbound systems, ensure CRM hygiene and forecasting, hire and onboard BDRs, run experiments on messaging and sequencing, and align cross-functionally with AEs, Marketing, and Product to land strategic accounts.

Own and grow Lexroom's Spanish customer base end-to-end: onboard, retain, upsell, and support customers proactively. Localize the Italian playbook for Spain, serve as primary Spanish-speaking contact, build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and relay feedback to Product and Marketing to drive account health and expansion.
