Graduate sales program for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience. Participants rotate through SMB and mid-market BDR roles before progressing to a full-cycle Account Executive position. Responsibilities include prospecting, outbound campaigns, lead qualification, discovery calls, product demonstrations, objection handling, negotiation, closing, and pipeline management. The program provides structured sales training, coaching, performance KPIs, and opportunities for accelerated advancement.

Develop and maintain web scrapers and backend data pipelines to support legal data and NLP algorithms. Collaborate with legal engineers to translate domain needs into technical solutions, build scalable data processing systems, and contribute to Generative AI implementation.

Own technical decisions and production delivery as a senior full-stack engineer in an autonomous product squad. Build and operate features across Next.js and TypeScript frontend systems and Python backend services, mentor engineers through code reviews, and take responsibility for end-to-end systems. The role involves working with AI-powered legal technology, LLM pipelines, databases, vector stores, cloud deployment, and GitHub Actions.
