Support daily operations of Inclusion & Multicultural Engagement by coordinating and leading multicultural and retention-focused programs, mentoring student leaders and staff, collaborating with campus partners, managing office logistics and communications, using Google Workspace and web/social tools, assessing programs with data, and representing IME across campus and local community.

Coordinate and optimize GSEC business systems (Workday HRIS, Salesforce CRM), manage system integrations and data integrity, run audits and reporting, provide user training and technical support, document and improve processes, and coordinate operational projects and cross-departmental collaborations.

Manage financial aid for Graduate School of Education & Counseling and Law School students: review applications, perform needs analysis, prepare awards, ensure federal and institutional compliance, counsel students, manage programs (AmeriCorps, VA/Yellow Ribbon, consortiums), resolve verification flags, and coordinate with campus stakeholders.
