Support attorneys in all phases of mass tort litigation: legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, organizing exhibits and client files, attending trials and depositions, assisting with witness preparation and client interviews, managing support staff workflow, and performing routine office duties.

Provide entry-level litigation support under supervision: organize files, update case management software, prepare pleadings/motions/briefs, communicate case status to clients, and assist with trial and deposition preparation. Maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, and use Windows-based systems.

Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals for litigation and related matters. Maintain attorney calendars, schedule conferences and court dates, handle legal correspondence, answer phones and take messages, manage confidential information, and build trusting client relationships. Perform general office tasks in a Windows environment.
