Own product strategy and execution for LevelTen's Data Products in Europe. Lead customer discovery, define roadmap, drive full development lifecycle, use quantitative and qualitative data to measure outcomes, and collaborate cross-functionally across time zones.

Partner with leadership to execute HR and culture strategies: employee relations, performance management, training, DEI, compliance, multi-state employment law, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, vendor management, and HR data analysis to drive retention and business-aligned people initiatives.

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition globally, partnering with hiring managers and People team to source, interview, negotiate offers, and drive employee engagement, DEI, and internal mobility. Manage ATS processes, vendor relationships, recruitment marketing, and training to ensure compliant, efficient hiring and strong candidate experience.
