Backend-focused engineer to develop and own core CRM and finance services end-to-end. Work in a fast-growth scaleup environment, shipping with agentic AI-assisted workflows, maintaining production Python/FastAPI services, owning testing and quality, and optimizing developer tooling and automation.

Work on-site inside newly acquired, owner-operated service businesses to map real processes, stabilise operations (30-90 days), chase contracts, reconcile invoicing, roll out AI-enabled tools, and embed new processes. You’ll travel frequently across the UK, work closely with finance, product and operations, and improve the integrations playbook to make each acquisition run more smoothly.
