Conduct hands-on analysis of operational data across acquired businesses to find inefficiencies and opportunities, validate and profile inbound data, support internal data-product requirements, contribute to ETL and data preparation, and communicate insights to operators and leadership.

Work on-site inside newly acquired businesses to map real processes, stabilise operations (30–90 days), fix invoicing and contract issues, roll out AI-enabled tools with measured adoption, support people through change, coordinate cross-functional teams, and continuously improve the integrations playbook.

Work on-site inside newly acquired, owner-operated service businesses to map real processes, stabilise operations (30-90 days), chase contracts, reconcile invoicing, roll out AI-enabled tools, and embed new processes. You’ll travel frequently across the UK, work closely with finance, product and operations, and improve the integrations playbook to make each acquisition run more smoothly.
