Write and maintain Levelpath’s B2B SaaS brand and product messaging across web pages, launch announcements, emails, campaigns, one-pagers, customer stories, and sales materials. Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to explain complex procurement technology to varied enterprise audiences. Maintain messaging consistency, conduct competitive research, use performance data to improve copy, and rapidly iterate based on feedback.

Write and manage brand and product copy across websites, launches, one-pagers, emails, campaigns, customer stories, and sales materials. Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to translate complex enterprise procurement products into clear messaging for varied audiences. Maintain messaging frameworks and style guidance, monitor competitive positioning, use performance data to improve copy, and support go-to-market initiatives.

Support pre-sales, customer onboarding, and implementation for an AI procurement platform. Build customer relationships, develop documentation and best practices, optimize Salesforce and Zendesk processes, support adoption and customer health, identify new solution opportunities, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams. The role requires enterprise B2B SaaS experience, strong communication, process improvement, stakeholder management, and occasional customer travel.
