The Entertainment Keyholder is responsible for managing entertainment operations, ensuring a positive guest experience, and leading the entertainment team to uphold standards and safety protocols. They support venue cleanliness, compliance, and manage operational tasks while working closely with the team and assisting in training and communication.

Manage compliance, legal, and risk administration for Level99. Oversee contract management, ensure regulatory compliance for venue launches, and coordinate insurance claims. Lead development of centralized systems and improve operational effectiveness while managing day-to-day compliance.
