Level99 Benefits Overview

Design and scale Level99’s metagame systems, including progression, rewards, economies, achievement structures, and live events. Develop concepts, mathematical models, wireframes, documentation, and prototypes while analyzing player behavior and balancing systems. Collaborate with executive leadership, software and engineering teams, marketing, project management, and venue operations to implement and evolve interactive experiences across physical and remote touchpoints.

Leads venue shifts as Manager on Duty, directing team members, managing guest experience and safety, enforcing policies, overseeing staffing and shift flow, handling cash and POS accuracy, and supporting event execution. Requires weekend availability, physical stamina, communication skills, and comfort in fast-paced environments. Prior leadership or keyholder experience, hospitality education, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification are preferred but not required.

Fabricates and assembles custom scenic elements, interactive props, structural components, and art pieces for entertainment venues. Works from shop drawings and concept sketches, contributes to prototyping and iterative development, and follows OSHA and company safety standards. Requires at least three years of hands-on fabrication experience, strong woodworking and scenic carpentry skills, technical drawing proficiency, craftsmanship, organization, and problem-solving ability. Preferred experience includes electrical controls, DMX, low-voltage systems, welding, digital fabrication, scenic finishing, and interactive installations.
