Requires weekend and holiday availability, strong communication, physical stamina, and comfort in fast-paced environments. Leadership or keyholder experience, hospitality education, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification are preferred but not required.

Leads traveling installation teams through entertainment venue builds and retrofits. Oversees installers, artists, trade sequencing, modular attractions, electro-mechanical systems, scenic elements, safety, budgets, schedules, equipment, and quality standards. Coordinates with project managers, construction teams, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and artists. Troubleshoots technical issues, manages reporting and logistics, and mentors team members while traveling more than 250 days annually.

Coordinates travel, shipping, receiving, inventory, expenses, schedules, documentation, vendors, and onboarding for traveling installation teams building and opening new entertainment venues. Supports artists and installers on-site, organizes staging areas, monitors project progress, resolves logistical issues, and communicates updates to management. The role requires extensive travel, irregular hours, physical lifting, and work in active construction environments.
