Supports account managers with client communications, bookkeeping, reconciliations, cash flow tracking, payments, banking administration, tax documentation, compliance records, and operational coordination. Maintains accurate financial records, monitors deadlines, prepares reports and payment documentation, and collaborates with tax, payroll, royalties, tour, and personal services departments. The role also supports scheduling, documentation, workflow tracking, onboarding, process improvement, and confidential client administration.

Manages client relationships, financial planning, bookkeeping oversight, reconciliations, tax processes, payments, banking, compliance, and accounting administration. Coordinates with internal departments, vendors, legal, insurance, and banking partners to support client needs. Leads Assistant and Junior Account Managers through workload management, training, coaching, performance feedback, and process improvement while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Leads tax strategy, compliance, filings, notice resolution, and quality assurance for high-earning entertainment clients. Reviews individual and corporate tax returns and financial statements, coordinates with external CPAs and tax authorities, manages deadlines, trains and evaluates staff, and drives process improvements. The role requires an active CPA license, extensive individual and business tax experience, and management expertise.
