Teams at Level Group LTD

Manages client relationships, financial planning, bookkeeping oversight, reconciliations, tax processes, payments, banking, compliance, and accounting administration. Coordinates with internal departments, vendors, legal, insurance, and banking partners to support client needs. Leads Assistant and Junior Account Managers through workload management, training, coaching, performance feedback, and process improvement while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Supports the royalties team by downloading and updating daily statements, processing payments and commissions, allocating royalty shares, creating and tracking invoices, following up on outstanding payments, managing distributor transfers, and completing miscellaneous forms. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, data entry experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, music industry knowledge, and a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Supports account managers with clients’ personal financial administration, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, cash flow tracking, payment processing, accounts payable and receivable, banking administration, compliance filings, and financial documentation. Coordinates client, vendor, and partner communications, scheduling, onboarding, records management, and workflow improvements while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
