Leads tax strategy, compliance, filings, notice resolution, and quality assurance for high-earning entertainment clients. Reviews individual and corporate tax returns and financial statements, coordinates with external CPAs and tax authorities, manages deadlines, trains and evaluates staff, and drives process improvements. The role requires an active CPA license, extensive individual and business tax experience, and management expertise.

Supports business management teams serving music and entertainment clients. Responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable, data entry, tour expense and settlement tracking, royalty statement organization, document management, filing, and research related to industry trends, tax compliance, and touring insurance.

Supports Account Managers with client communications, scheduling, financial tracking, bookkeeping, reconciliations, cash-flow projections, payments, banking administration, tax documentation, compliance records, and interdepartmental coordination. Maintains accurate client files, monitors deadlines, prepares reports and correspondence, tracks deliverables, and assists with process improvements while protecting confidential information. The role is full-time and onsite in Nashville initially, with hybrid eligibility after 90 days.
